HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM: Greenhub Store must be told by means of email inside fifteen (15) business days of receipt of product. CANCELLATION: A confirmed order can be dropped without penalty until it has been packaged - when packaged a 15% re-stocking charge will be applied. Once dispatched an order cannot be cancelled.
